Coffi Lab Llanishen

Called in at Coffi Lab today for an early coffee and there were the regular dog walkers already in, all gathered at the far end of the coffee shop. And as always the dogs were behaving themselves waiting for their owners to sit quietly!

As is the regular scene at this dog friendly Cafe where all dogs are welcome making it one of my go to places after walking the dog locally. If I’m not with the dog and out n about early I’ll call in for a coffee and a pastry which are always available from 7.30am.

The Coffi Lab chain are situated around various locations in Cardiff all with the same good clean layout where standards are excellent. One notable thing is that they’re always clean and tidy and kept that way throughout the day no matter how busy they are. Refreshing to see in a coffee shop chain that gets a fair number through their doors every day.

I’m still not sure what the ‘Lab’ part is in the name but I believe it’s something to do with the beginnings and Labrador having some connection. Somebody tell me if it’s true!

I’ve visited a few of the Coffi Lab coffee shops and have always had good food and nice tasting coffee. Best of all you know that dogs are welcome which makes life so easy for us dog loving collection of coffee drinkers.

Keep it up Coffi Lab, you’re going ok.
